Hi folks, I'm Ryan, The owner here at KO Fitness. I specialise in weight loss and muscle building. I am very passionate about healthy living and healthy eating. Having lost 7 stone weight myself i know how difficult it can be to make the first step of joining a gym. I can guarantee you that you will have no regrets choosing KO Fitness. Jacqui
Jacqui has been very much involved in the front of the gym since opening back in 2020
Jacqui not only follows part of Administration but also the operational team within the gym.
Jacqui has been involved & has a passion for health & Fitness, weight & cardio training for a number of years.
Jacqui also is 52 , mum of five & nannie to 3 grandkids , but that does not stop her from exercising three to four times a week to keep in shape.
Although Jacqui is not a qualified physical trainer, her years in the fitness industry has given her the ability to know what somebody seeks.
Jacqui is there to give competent advice & will seek any assistance from the other trainers as necessary
Jacqui is the face, the figure head extremely popular & well liked & brings so much warmth and joy to the gym! Jacqui makes new and old members always welcome with her infectious smile & brings so much to the Team ....

Hi guys, my name is Philip I am one of the coaches and gym instructors here at KO Fitness letterkenny, I specifically focus on weight loss, i am a energetic coach that tries to keep everything upbeat and fun, the reason I became a coach is to help others not only physically but mentally also as it has helped me massively with my confidence, we look forward to meeting you all soon!

Hello guys my name is Bryan, I first started working in KO Fitness in 2021. The one thing that drew me to Ko was the atmosphere and warm welcomes. The best way to describe it is, it's a second home.
